VAPS - Vitec Air Purification System

The Vitec Air Purification System (VAPS) incorporates the Vitec Antimicrobial Chemistry  into a patented 3-stage air purification chamber to provide a cost-efficient way to help halt the spread of airborne viruses and infections in enclosed environments. Easy to install and maintain, it bolts on to existing air conditioning systems or can be integrated as part of a new build creating a clean, safe environment.

 

The air that we breathe is full of micro-organisms and chemicals, most of which are harmless. But sometimes the air can contain pathogens, noxious odours and allergens. Once inside, these pollutants can be found in concentrations that are up to 25 times higher than outside air. At these levels viruses such as influenzas, common colds and Norovirus are more likely to spread through airborne transmission. This threat can be greatly reduced with the introduction of VAPS 

 

A secondary, but substantial, benefit of VAPS is that, by allowing a higher level of clean re-circulated air, not only does the Vitec Air Purification System provide optimal environment conditions, but delivers substantial energy savings as it reduces the need to heat or cool outside air.
